Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our Quality Control section ensures that no damaged or substandard item is dispatched to the customers. After the order is received, our Customer Care section contacts the customer for confirmation of the order. After the customer’s confirmation, the order is packed and dispatched. Our valuable customers are required to make a video at the time of unpacking the parcel. In case, a wrong order is received by the customer or the features or stuff of the product are not according to the published product, it can be returned to the company for the exchange. The customers are required to contact the Customer Care section and register the complaint within 12 hours of receiving the order along with the video.

Please remember that there may be some variation in the colour of the real product and its picture which is not acceptable for the exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After, examining the returned item, the exchanged item with be re-dispatched in the next 3-5 days.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
